We are looking for a hardworking, trustworthy janitor to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our facility. This temp-to-permanent role involves routine cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities and Duties (but Not Limited to):

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
Clean restrooms and restock supplies.
Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Clean windows, glass doors, and fixtures.
Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
Report needed repairs or supply shortages.
Maintain janitorial equipment in working order.
Follow safety protocols and cleaning schedules.
Assist with event setup or emergency cleanups when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and supplies.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good time management and reliability.
Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with safety procedures and cleaning products.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.

Other Information:

This position is a temp-to-permanent position.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
